The Deecke Creative Agency is the in-house brand and communications agency of the holding. It is responsible for the strategic positioning, brand building, and visual communication of Deecke Holding LLC and its subsidiaries, internally and externally. Your role

As a Junior Web Developer, you will join our TechStack team – the technical unit behind all digital products of the holding. This is where our websites, landing pages, and our in-house CRM "DeeCore" are built.

Your responsibilities

• Building and maintaining websites and landing pages for the brands and companies of the holding
• Contributing to the ongoing development of our in-house CRM "DeeCore"
• Translating designs (Figma). into clean, responsive, and performant code
• Technical implementation of performance marketing measures: tracking, tag management, conversion optimization, and landing page testing
• Technical optimization: loading times, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, cross-browser testing
• Debugging, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing projects
• Close collaboration within the TechStack team as well as with design, content, and project management

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification in web development, computer science, or media design – career changers with a convincing portfolio are expressly welcome
• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJs, NextJs and modern react components libraries for UI.

· Experience building and maintaining websites with WordPress and Elementor.

· Knowledge of performance marketing (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, tracking setups

• Experience with CRM platforms and an interest in working on a proprietary, internally developed system
• Confident handling of Git and common development workflows
• Confident handling of Microsoft Word for documentation and internal materials
• A visual eye: a feel for design, typography, and attention to detail in execution
• An independent, structured way of working and a willingness to keep learning
• Excellent English; German an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
