Junior Web Developer

We are seeking for an experienced Junior Software Developer to support the development of our fintech platform. You will be responsible in supporting the senior web developers in designing scalable systems, driving technical decisions, and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, scalable fintech and blockchain-integrated systems
• Support end-to-end development of applications and services
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for payments and remittance platforms
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)

Technical Requirements

• Backend / Web Development: PHP (5.6 / 7.4), MySQL, Node.js, CodeIgniter 3, RESTful, API development, AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Mobile Development (any of the following): iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Cross-platform: React Native

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Strong background in system architecture and scalable applications
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or remittance systems
• Exposure to blockchain-based systems or integrations
• Strong knowledge of security best practices for financial platforms
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 am)

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
