该职位来源于猎聘 ***项目经理角色，负责对接客户，管理小团队，整体把控；英语口语熟练； 偏重管理和沟通，灵活；技术要求不高，有技术背景加分； Responsibilities: 1，Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adherence to timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. 2，Manage project resources effectively, including task allocation, workload planning, progress tracking, and cross-team delivery coordination. 3，Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of requirements clarification, scope management, and regular status reporting. 4，Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and high-quality project delivery. 5，Track project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, driving timely resolution and ensuring milestone commitments are met. 6，Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve delivery processes, team efficiency, and communication workflows. 7，Support the team in adopting new tools or methodologies when required by the project to optimize workflow and productivity. Requirements: 1，Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 2，5+ years of experience in digital project management, with at least 2 years in a project leadership or coordination role. 3，Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate meetings, manage client expectations, and produce clear project documentation. 4，Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including scheduling, prioritization, and effective stakeholder communication. 5，Strong ownership mindset with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 6，Ability to align diverse teams toward shared goals, fostering a collaborative and productive team culture. 7，Nice to Have: Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript) or prior development experience is a strong plus, as it helps in assessing technical risks and communicating effectively with developers. 8，PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or other project management qualifications are highly desirable.
