We are seeking an experienced and motivated Back-end Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP, WordPress, and Shopify, along with a good understanding of AI and automation tools and will be responsible for building and maintaining back-end systems for clients websites and e-commerce platforms and ensuring their visual appeal and user experience.

Junior Website Developer

Location: Gurgaon

Job role:

• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and implement website solutions
• Work as individual contributor to ensure the websites are functional and meet clients' requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Develop and maintain websites and e-commerce platforms using PHP, WordPress, and Shopify
• Integrate back-end systems with front-end web interfaces
• Troubleshoot and debug back-end systems and resolve any technical issues
• Implement and maintain database systems, including data storage, retrieval, and backup
• Ensure the proper functioning of APIs and web services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest back-end web development trends and technologies
• Ensure that the websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in website development
• Experience in back-end web development, with a focus on PHP, WordPress, and Shopify
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge and understanding of AI tools, AI-assisted development platforms, and automation tools is required
• Understanding of security and data privacy principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
