Junior Word Press- Front End Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a beginner-level developer who can split their day between WordPress work and modern front‑end builds. In this role you will spend part of your day handling theme tweaks and then shift to building and shipping responsive React/Tailwind components. From time to time, you may also assist with basic website hosting and maintenance tasks. No deep back‑end or DevOps work—just solid front‑end craftsmanship and WordPress know‑how.

Duties

• WordPress (≈ 60 %)
• Customize themes & lightweight plugins (PHP, ACF, Gutenberg)
• Configure basic hosting settings (SSL, caching, backups)
• Fix layout bugs, improve performance, and handle routine updates
• Modern Front‑End (≈ 35 %)
• Translate Figma designs into responsive pages using React, Next.js, or vanilla JS
• Style with Tailwind, Sass, or plain CSS, ensuring a11y best practices
• QA across modern browsers and devices
• Light Back‑End (≈ 5 %)
• Minor REST calls or JSON handling—no heavy server code required

Requirements

• 1 + year hands‑on coding (bootcamp, internship, or personal projects count)
• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+
• Basic PHP and WordPress template hierarchy familiarity
• Git workflow fluency (clone, branch, pull request)
• Clear written communication and proactive problem‑solving attitude
