We’re on the lookout for a motivated Junior Engineer to join our Engineering Team and help deliver exceptional technical support to our valued clients.

This role will initially commence in a casual capacity, with the view to transition to full-time.

🔧 The Opportunity

Reporting to our Head of Engineering, this role is perfect for someone wanting to grow their technical career within the Aesthetic Industry. You’ll provide timely technical support that keeps our clients operating at their best. From troubleshooting and servicing devices to testing, you’ll be an integral part of the engine room behind our success.

No aesthetic tech experience? No worries – we’ll show you the ropes!

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Deliver phone, video and email technical support with excellent service.

🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

🚗 Perform on-site servicing and preventative maintenance.

✉️ Keep clients informed with clear, timely updates.

⚙️ Test, upgrade and QA across our range of devices.

📚 Help maintain and improve our technical resources.

👩‍🔧 About You

• You’re hands-on, customer-focused, and excited to grow your career in tech. You have:
• A relevant degree or technical/trade qualification.
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar technical role would be advantageous - but not required.
• Great communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Solid troubleshooting ability and a methodical approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for site visits.
• Bonus: Experience with lasers, IPL, or LED devices – but not essential.
