The Opportunities
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead larger and more complex projects, acting as the primary client interface and taking ownership of project outcomes from strategy through to completion. You will mentor junior team members, manage key stakeholder relationships, and provide commercial and delivery leadership across multiple projects.

Junior/Intermediate Project Manager
As a Junior/Intermediate Project Manager, you will support senior staff on larger commissions while taking ownership of smaller projects. This role offers significant learning opportunities through direct mentoring from the Director and exposure to all aspects of project delivery.

Typical Responsibilities

• Establish projects through consultant appointments, feasibility studies, management of statutory processes, and procurement advice.
• Coordinate design and delivery teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Manage budgets, programmes, project reporting, quality assurance, and risk.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, project meetings, and site meetings.
• Oversee construction delivery, defects management, and project close-out activities.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships.

What We're Looking For
Junior/Intermediate Project Manager

• 1-3 years of NZ-based project management, consultancy, client-side, or construction experience.
• Exposure to commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to develop a long-term career in project management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Senior Project Manager

• 8+ years of project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior team members.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a construction-related discipline.
