Junior/Regular Financial Controller (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• Support international entities within the organization in financial processes, including monthly closing, forecasting and financial reporting
• Prepare, analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support the analysis of business results and preparation of regular and ad hoc reports
• Participate in international finance and controlling‑related projects
• Support process improvements, standardization and documentation activities
• Cooperate with colleagues from different departments and external partners (e.g. auditors or consultants)

Our requirements:

• University degree in business, finance, economics or a related field (preferably with a focus on controlling)
• At least 1 year of experience in finance or controlling (also internships or entry-level roles are welcome)
• Very good English skills (you will work in an international environment)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and interest in working with financial and reporting systems
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

An additional advantage will be:

• Experience in an international environment or Shared Service Center
• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, S/4HANA) or BI/reporting tools
• Interest in process improvements or project work
