Junior/Senior Failure Analysis & Debug Engineer (Pathum Thani)

Job Purpose

Responsibility for technical support on failure analysis and debug, repair, rework. Understand product and be able to debug/identify failure root cause as well as drive improvement project to process/test team or customer. Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts. Supervises subordinates to perform their functions. Receives assignments and guidance from project leaders and engineering managers. Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions. Knows your customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them. Performs related work as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• To write the complete FA report.
• Understand on optical/digital schematic diagram and multiple printed circuit boards.
• Verify and analyze on all information, pre-test data and find the root cause.
• Coordinate and guide team on all RMA activities (FA/Data analysis/Debug/Rework).
• Organize technician and staffs to deliver results within acceptable cycle time. Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts.
• Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by Supervisor.
• Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
• Understand on customer's expectations, measurements and drive to meet all requirements, commitments.
• Performs related work as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering
Experience: at least 3 years of experience
Required Skills:

• Good comment of English
• Computer Literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
