Junior/Senior NPI Process Engineer (Pathumthani)

Responsibilities:

• Support NPI activities of new products into manufacturing.
• Establishing and preparing the process documentations
• Supervise Design validation, tool validation, process validation build
• Generate and maintain documentation related to processes, tests, tooling and safety.
• Establishing a product / process qualification report
• Responsible for a failure root cause analysis and undertake corrective action when needed
• Perform other duties as properly assigned

Requirements:

• A BS or MS degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 1-7+ years experiences in a high tech manufacturing and Data Con machine.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Experience in passive components assembly is a plus.
• English Communication is a must.
