About Us I B CORPORATION is a Mumbai-based home fragrance brand selling across Amazon India, Amazon UK/US, Walmart, Flipkart, and our own website. We make reed diffusers, room sprays, aroma oils, and car fragrances. We're in an active growth phase and building a strong accounts and operations backbone to support scale.

The Role A hands-on core accounts role. You'll own daily bookkeeping, filings, reconciliations, purchase entries, export documentation, and petty cash — while coordinating closely with warehouse, operations, and vendor teams to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping in Tally
• Entry of all purchases and expenses in accounting software
• Petty cash entries, tracking, and periodic reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records at all times

Filings & Compliance

• GST filing — monthly and quarterly
• TDS filing and related documentation
• Ensuring timely and accurate statutory compliance

Reconciliations

• Bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Vendor and supplier account reconciliations
• Coordination with different teams for reconciliation of internal accounts and transactions

Purchase Orders & Vendor Follow-Up

• Preparing purchase orders for materials, packaging, and supplies
• Following up with vendors on order status, delivery timelines, and pending payments
• Maintaining purchase records and vendor documentation

Export Documentation

• Preparing export invoices accurately as per buyer and compliance requirements
• Preparing export packing lists with correct SKU, quantity, weight, and shipping details
• Maintaining all export-related documentation and records in an organized manner

MIS & Reporting

• Maintaining Advanced Excel-based trackers for purchases, expenses, and payments
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Supporting management with data and reports for operational and financial analysis

Coordination & Daily Operations

• Coordinating with warehouse, packing, and operations teams for daily workflows
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners as needed
• Ensuring documentation is complete and filed correctly across all functions

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in accounts
• Tally — must (data entry, purchase entries, reconciliations)
• Advanced Excel — must (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, MIS reporting)
• GST and TDS filing knowledge — must
• Experience preparing export invoices and packing lists
• Experience with purchase orders and vendor follow-ups
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good coordination and communication skills across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce or D2C product brands
• Familiarity with marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart)
• Prior exposure to export documentation and procedures

Work Location Vasai, Maharashtra. Candidates commuting from Navghar, Palghar, Vasai, Virar, Mira Road, Malad, Borivali, Dahisar, or Nalasopara welcome.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
