JOB DESCRIPTION –JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Working Hours:9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Experience: 2–3 Years

Preferred Industry: Relevant industry experience preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, GST compliance, billing, and tax filing. The candidate should have knowledge of accounting software such as Livewire, i-FAS, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment records.

• Prepare and maintain GST records and assist with GST return filing.

• Handle tax-related documentation and filing.

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and vouchers.

• Use accounting software such as Livewire and i-FAS.

• Work on MS Office, especially Excel, for reports and data management.

• Perform data entry, record reconciliation, and documentation.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Knowledge of Livewire and i-FAS accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Practical knowledge of billing and invoicing.

• Understanding of GST compliance and tax filing.

• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
