JVPM FLD OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities

Field & Vendor Management

• Oversee landscaping, maintenance, and exterior service vendors
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and manage corrective actions
• Lead seasonal planning and field operations initiatives

Compliance Oversight

• Provide oversight and direction for the community compliance program
• Review violation trends and determine enforcement actions, including fines when applicable
• Ensure consistent enforcement aligned with governing documents

Builder & Development Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for builder compliance matters
• Coordinate inspections and corrective actions related to development activity
• Review and act on builder violation documentation provided by the Field Compliance & Operations Coordinator

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise and mentor the Field Compliance & Operations Coordinator
• Provide training, direction, and performance feedback
• Ensure operational continuity during peak seasons and planned absences

Qualifications

• Strong background in property management, field operations, or HOA management
• Vendor management and compliance experience
• Leadership experience with direct reports
• Ability to balance field presence with administrative oversight

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and high-pressure kitchen environments
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift/pull up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 55 lbs. occasionally
• Requires manual dexterity for equipment operation and the ability to perform repetitive motions, bending, climbing, and lifting
• Must possess full range of vision, hearing, and communication abilities

Travel

• This position requires a successful candidate to have a valid Ohio Driver’s license. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver’s license upon being hired.

Experience

Preferred

• Experience overseeing aquatic/pool operations or third-party pool management contracts is a plus.
• HOA, residential community, recreation facility, club, hospitality, or property management experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and organizational leadership.
• Experience managing or assisting with departmental budgets, purchasing, invoices, and expense controls.
• Strong working knowledge of facility safety, inspections, preventative maintenance, and operational compliance.
• Experience coordinating multiple operational priorities, projects, and community or facility needs in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 - 5 years: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in property, facilities, community, recreation, hospitality, or field operations.
