Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teachers for grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade to inspire young learners and foster a love of education. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing vibrant classrooms, and supporting diverse learning styles. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong commitment to student development, helping each child reach their full potential in a nurturing environment. You will play a vital role in shaping the academic and social growth of elementary students through innovative teaching methods and personalized mentorship.

Duties

• Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education.
• Utilize educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and adapt lessons to various learning styles.
• Monitor student progress regularly through assessments, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to tailor instruction effectively.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists (including special education and early childhood educators), and parents to support individual student needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention services.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• NYS Teacher Certification Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education
• Masters Preferrred
• Proven classroom management skills that foster a respectful and productive learning environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
