K2 Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design workflow and business process automation solutions using Nintex K2.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on the Nintex K2 platform.
• Integrate K2 with internal systems via Microsoft SQL Server, REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, and enterprise applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and related database objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Analyze and fix workflow, SmartForms, SmartObjects, integration, and performance issues.
• Support application deployment from Development → UAT → Production.
• Perform system testing and resolve defects in collaboration with QA and Business Analysts.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, workflow design documents, and deployment guides.
• Improve K2 development standards and system performance to enhance long-term maintainability.
• Support K2 platform upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, BA, IT Infrastructure, and Business Users to deliver business solutions.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing applications with Nintex K2 / K2 Five.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and JSON.
• Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (Development, UAT, and Production).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good reading and written English skills.
