Job Summary
Kaas Inc, a dedicated FedEx Ground contractor based in Lansing, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations
• Meet delivery schedules and operational goals

Qualifications

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Chauffeur license needed
• Able to pass pre-hire and random drug test - THC and CBD use would cause a failed drug test and would not be eligible for 10 years from failed test.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
• Reliable transportation or access to a vehicle for daily commute
• Experience driving large vehicles - Box truck or larger
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery services is a plus but not required
• Must pass background checks as part of the hiring process, NO FELONIES OR MISDEMEANORS in LAST 7 years
