What they need
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Kafka, Debezium, and Oracle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain large-scale data systems with high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Kafka, Debezium, and Oracle technologies.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Linux shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Data Lake, AWS, Kubernetes, and Confluent is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
