Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Streaming Solutions Engineer / Kafka Developer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Microservices, and Spring Boot. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable real-time streaming solutions and event-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and maintain Kafka producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams applications.
• Build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures and streaming solutions.
• Work with Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, offsets, and message processing.
• Develop high-performance and fault-tolerant streaming applications.
• Troubleshoot Kafka, microservices, and production issues.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams to deliver streaming solutions.
• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Strong experience in Kafka Streams (KStreams)
• Hands-on experience with Java
• Strong Spring Boot & Microservices experience
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture
• Experience developing Kafka producers and consumers
• Strong understanding of Kafka concepts such as topics, partitions, offsets, and consumer groups
