2 x Positions Fixed Term (Term 4, 2026) Full-Time, FTE 1.0 (40 Hours per week) Based in our Hastings tari (office) Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position We are looking for a passionate and innovative Kaiako with expertise across Years 1-10 to join our Hastings team.

In This Role, You'll

• Design and deliver personalised, authentic learning programmes tailored to the strengths and needs of ākonga.
• Facilitate weekly Huinga Ako, guiding and supporting students through their educational journeys.
• Collaborate with colleagues and interact with students online and in person to foster meaningful learning experiences.

You Will Also Bring

• New Zealand teacher registration and a current practising certificate
• A strong understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum and current assessment practices.
• A commitment to innovative, future-focused pedagogies that engage and inspire ākonga.
• The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with ākonga, whānau, and colleagues.
