Lead people. Strengthen practice. Help mokopuna thrive. Key Assets New Zealand is seeking an experienced and compassionate Kaiwhakahaere | Team Manager to lead our Auckland social work team. This permanent, full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who can inspire others, provide strong practice leadership, and keep mokopuna and whānau at the centre of every decision.
You will lead and support a team of social work practitioners, strengthen high-quality and culturally responsive practice, build strong relationships with carers and partners, and contribute to the growth and success of Key Assets in Tāmaki Makaurau.
Working within our trauma-informed and values-based organisation, you will provide supervision and coaching, support carers and whānau, monitor quality and outcomes, and help develop innovative solutions that improve the lives of tamariki, rangatahi and their families.
