Kaizen & Training - Technician

Qualifications (Skill/Competency):

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in 2D & 3D drafting (experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is highly preferred).

  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using various multi-purpose tools.

• 1–2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement is required.

  • Previous experience in Automotive or Electronics industries is preferred.

• Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Toyota Production System & Karakuri Kaizen).

  • Knowledge of Karakuri or Low-Cost Automation (LCA) is a significant plus.

• Excellent technical, communication (verbal/written), and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Lead and implement Kaizen activities to optimize production processes.
2. Execute data collection, comprehensive analysis, and practical application to drive efficiency.
3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective solutions for operational issues.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Provide ongoing support and identify areas for improvement within the production line.
