About the role

MeetYourVA is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kajabi Virtual Assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns and broadcasts inside Kajabi
• Manage the Kajabi community page, including posting announcements, setting up and managing challenges, and creating community posts and updates
• Keep content organized and engaging
• Create and update landing pages in Kajabi
• Upload and organize course/community content as needed
• Create graphics and visuals using Canva
• Make basic updates to existing Kajabi pages, emails, and automations
• Ensure all content is formatted correctly and looks professional

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kajabi
• Experience creating and managing emails and landing pages
• Comfortable managing an online community
• Good working knowledge of Canva
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Good written communication skills
