Location: Gurugram | 5 Days WFO

Key Responsibilities

• Support the KAM team in managing enterprise client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
• Assist with campaign planning, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Track account performance, feedback, and ongoing requirements.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and upselling.
