KAM - Operations (MT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales across Modern Trade (MT), LFR, and B2B channels, while managing key business operations and account execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive sales, revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers, buyers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage PO processing, P0/prioritised order management, order fulfilment, and customer escalations.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory management, including replenishment and ageing stock.
• Coordinate GRN, invoicing, claims, deductions, and payment-related operational issues.
• Manage product/SKU listing, onboarding, catalogue updates, and listing issues.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Track sales, inventory, open POs, GRNs, and account performance through regular MIS/reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion.

Candidate Profile

• 25 years experience in MT / LFR / B2B Sales / Key Account Management / Business Operations.
• Hands-on experience in PO processing, P0 management, inventory, stock, GRN, and product listing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/customer portals.
• Experience in FMCG/FMCD/Consumer Goods/Retail/E-commerce preferred.
