Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers in Kannada and explain our software products.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Promote products such as PetroSoft, RestroSoft, FoodTech, and LPGTech.
• Explain product features, benefits, and business value to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with leads and support the conversion of prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer communication.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about software products.
• Freshers interested in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
