Kannada Voice process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats in Kannada language.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customers' queries related to banking products and services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, adhering to company standards.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Proficiency in speaking Kannada language.
