Responsibilities

• Host karaoke sessions by encouraging participation, managing song selections, and maintaining a lively atmosphere
• Coordinate and execute themed parties and special events, ensuring seamless flow from setup to conclusion
• Operate and troubleshoot event audio equipment including microphones, speakers, and soundboards to deliver high-quality sound experiences
• Manage event lighting and visual effects to enhance the ambiance and overall guest experience
• Engage with guests through public speaking, crowd interaction, and personalized communication to boost energy levels
• Assist with setup and heavy lifting of audio-visual equipment, lighting gear, and event decor as needed
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored entertainment solutions that exceed expectations

Skills

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills that captivate audiences of all sizes
• Excellent customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction and foster a welcoming environment
• Technical proficiency in music mixing, audio mixing, DJing, and music selection to create seamless musical transitions
• Experience operating live sound systems, event audio equipment, lighting controls, and AV coordination tools
• Effective communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and crowd engagement
• Ability to perform physical tasks including dancing and heavy lifting safely during setup or breakdowns
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote events and increase guest participation

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
