Job Overview

Duties

• Plan and coordinate karaoke events, ensuring smooth flow and high energy throughout the night
• Manage song selection processes, assist guests with song choices, and maintain an organized song library
• Upsell beverages, snacks, or special packages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to encourage participation and create a lively atmosphere
• Oversee the setup of karaoke equipment, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and maintain equipment quality
• Manage time effectively to ensure events start on schedule and run efficiently
• Collaborate with staff to promote upcoming events, special themes, or fundraising initiatives

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environments is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
• Proven ability in upselling products or services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Experience in event planning or managing entertainment activities is a plus
• Familiarity with karaoke equipment and basic troubleshooting skills preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
