Natya Rasamandala is looking for a skilled, passionate, and experienced karate instructor/karate master to join our growing academy in Halehalli, Bengaluru.

We are seeking a dedicated martial arts professional who can train and inspire students while creating a disciplined, safe, and motivating learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and engaging karate classes for children and students of different age groups.

• Teach fundamental and advanced Karate techniques, including stances, punches, kicks, blocks, katas, and self-discipline.

• Ensure proper technique, safety, and physical conditioning during training.

• Develop age-appropriate training plans based on students' skill levels.

• Instill discipline, confidence, focus, respect, and sportsmanship among students.

• Prepare interested students for belt grading examinations, competitions, and demonstrations.

• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive guidance.

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment during classes.

• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and academy management.

• Be punctual and committed to the assigned class schedule.

Requirements

• Professional training and certification in karate or a recognised martial arts discipline.

• Previous teaching experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of karate techniques, forms (kata), sparring, and belt grading systems.

• Experience teaching children is highly preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, disciplined, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Candidates residing nearby or willing to travel to Halehalli, Bengaluru, will be preferred.
