About the role

This is a retail store position responsible for welcoming, serving, and providing product recommendations to customers in a friendly and professional manner. The role involves managing daily store operations, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, serve, and provide product recommendations to customers with friendliness and professionalism
• Conduct sales transactions and payments accurately
• Maintain product display neatness and cleanliness throughout the store
• Check stock levels, restock products, and record daily inventory
• Answer customer questions regarding products and store promotions
• Assist with all other daily store operations

About you

• Minimum education: D3 / Bachelor's degree (University graduate)
• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
• Retail work experience of minimum 1 year (valued but not mandatory)
• Neat appearance, friendly, communicative, and customer service oriented
• Responsible, honest, disciplined, and able to work in a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Residing in the area around the store location

• Base salary Rp 6,000,000 per month
