What they need
Tugas Sebelum Operasional (Buka Shift)
- Cek saldo awal kas (petty cash)
- Nyalakan dan periksa mesin kasir atau sistem POS (Point of Sale)
- Siapkan uang kembalian pecahan kecil
Tugas Saat Jam Operasional
- Sambut tamu dengan ramah dan senyum
- Catat pesanan atau input menu ke sistem POS
- Proses pembayaran tunai dan non-tunai (kartu, QRIS)
- Berikan kembalian dan cetak struk bukti bayar
- Berikan info promo atau menu bestseller
- Koordinasi pesanan dengan bagian dapur (kitchen) atau pelayan (waiter)
- Bantu tangani pertanyaan atau keluhan awal dari pelanggan
Tugas Setelah Operasional (Tutup Shift)
- Hitung total uang tunai di laci kasir (rekap kas)
- Cocokkan jumlah uang dengan laporan transaksi sistem POS
- Buat laporan keuangan harian dan serahkan ke manajer
- Rapikan dan bersihkan area meja kasir
