What they need
Menerima pesanan pelanggan dan menginput ke sistem kasir/POS dengan tepat.
Menerima pembayaran tunai maupun non-tunai (QRIS, kartu debit/kredit, e-wallet) dan memberikan
kembalian dengan benar.
Melakukan pengecekan dan rekap kas (opening & closing cash) di awal dan akhir shift.
Mencetak struk/nota pembayaran untuk setiap transaksi.
Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kasir.
Memberikan informasi menu, promo, dan harga kepada pelanggan dengan ramah.
Menangani keluhan pelanggan dasar dan meneruskan ke supervisor bila diperlukan.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim dapur/pelayan terkait pesanan pelanggan.
Membuat laporan penjualan harian sesuai format yang ditentukan
