Kavatender / Alcohol-Free Bartender

Kava Culture Kava Bar

Do you love people, hospitality, and the growing alcohol-free movement?

Kava Culture is looking for outgoing, energetic Kavatenders who can do more than make great drinks. We want natural connectors who remember names, create conversations, bring people together, and turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars.

What You’ll Do

* Welcome every guest and make them feel like they belong.

* Prepare high-quality kava and botanical beverages.

* Explain our products and guide first-time guests through the experience.

* Learn guests’ names, preferences, and favorite drinks.

* Recommend drinks, promote specials, and grow loyalty participation.

* Help increase guest traffic, repeat visits, and sales.

* Build relationships with local businesses and community members.

* Promote and participate in events, product launches, and theme nights.

* Keep the bar clean, inviting, stocked, and ready for guests.

* Represent Kava Culture and the alcohol-free social movement with enthusiasm.

Who We’re Looking For

* Naturally friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations.

* Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences.

* Excited about kava, botanical beverages, wellness, and alcohol-free socializing.

* Motivated by personal growth, team goals, and helping the bar succeed.

* Reliable, positive, coachable, and accountable.

* Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Bartending, serving, café, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred—but personality and passion matter most.

This is more than a bartending job. It’s an opportunity to build community, create meaningful connections, and help grow a movement that gives people a better way to socialize.

If you love people and want to help make alcohol-free socializing the new normal, we want to meet you.
