Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with the kdb+ database platform
- Advanced q language development
- Time-series data modelling and analytics
- Performance tuning and query optimization within kdb+
- Data ingestion and ETL pipeline development
- Real-time and batch data processing
- Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Python integration with kdb+
- API development and data services
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, including Python-based machine learning frameworks
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered analytics solutions
- Experience integrating AI capabilities with data platforms and analytics workflows
- Exposure to cloud-based AI services such as Azure AI/OpenAI, Copilot, or similar technologies
- Development of intelligent automation, anomaly detection, and advanced data insights solutions
