This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats from greeting guests and order assembly to food prep and cold-line items. You'll have the flexibility to work at either or both of our Kendall Square locations, or the Boston Public Market. What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep.
• Cook and assemble noodle dishes and menu items.
• Work stations and support the team during busy service.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, equipment, workstations, and dishes.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, dating, and FIFO procedures.
• Stock and organize ingredients and supplies.
• Assist with receiving, inventory, and closing duties.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with both food prep and cleaning duties.
• Strong attention to detail in food preparation, portioning, and order accuracy.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet minimum age requirements per applicable local law).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in high volume fast casual/quick service, Asian cuisine, noodle dishes, or ramen concepts is a significant plus.
• Working knowledge of common food allergens and dietary restrictions (gluten, shellfish, nuts, dairy, soy, etc.).

Work Environment

• Supportive, team-oriented environment where every team member is valued
• Customer-facing counter and kitchen environment; extended periods of standing are required throughout shifts.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of routine kitchen and service duties.
• Exposure to high temperatures, commercial kitchen equipment, and fast-paced service conditions is expected.
• Frequent movement between front-of-house and kitchen areas throughout each shift.
