Kennel Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our animal care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pet care and a strong background in animal handling.

Responsibilities

• Tracking specific KPIs
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the kennel facility
• Supervise kennel staff and provide training/coaching as needed
• Ensure the health and well-being of all animals in the facility
• Coordinate feeding schedules and administer medications as required
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kennel area
• Interact with customers to address any concerns or inquiries
• Oversee grooming and bathing services for animals in the facility

Requirements

• Experience in pet care, animal handling, or veterinary services
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Certification as a veterinary technician is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,500.00 - $58,500.00 per year
