Kennel Technician

Boarding Grooming Daycare

Want to get paid to spend your day with dogs?

The Collar Club is looking for dependable, hardworking Kennel Techs to join our team. This is an entry-level role — great for someone who enjoys being active, loves animals, and isn’t afraid of a little mess.

To make sure every new team member is the right fit, our hiring process includes:

• Online application submission
• 30-minute in-person interview + short working interview
• 3-day paid working internship. Final hiring decisions are made at the end of this internship.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise dogs during indoor and outdoor play sessions
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs in your care
• Pick up waste and clean up messes as needed to keep the environment safe and sanitary
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow)
• Support senior kennel staff and follow all safety/cleaning procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Physically able to handle dogs of all sizes and remain active during shifts
• Comfortable with outdoor work and basic cleaning tasks
• No prior kennel experience required — we will train the right person

Why Work With Us?

This is a straightforward, active job where you spend your time with dogs instead of being stuck behind a desk. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, doesn’t mind a little dirt, and wants a consistent schedule. While this position is entry-level, we reward reliability and good performance with the chance to move up.

At The Collar Club, the dogs always come first — and if that sounds like the kind of workplace for you, we’d love to meet you.
