About the role

Oversee all warehouse operational activities, from receiving, storage, to goods dispatch. Ensure stock accuracy, quality, quantity, and arrangement comply with company standards and SOPs. Supervise warehouse staff performance and ensure operational targets are met. Control documentation and reporting of incoming, outgoing, damaged, and returned goods, as well as stock opname results. Coordinate with relevant divisions to ensure smooth operations and goods distribution. Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, and organization. Supervise goods flow using FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles. Verify administrative documents including delivery notes, Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO) comply with procedures. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality, quantity, and arrangement of goods meet company standards and SOPs
• Supervise and evaluate warehouse staff performance and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Control recording and reporting of incoming, outgoing, damaged, returned goods, and stock opname results
• Coordinate with relevant divisions to ensure smooth operations and goods distribution
• Ensure warehouse security, cleanliness, and organization
• Supervise goods flow using FIFO or FEFO principles
• Verify administrative documents comply with procedures

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse management, preferably as supervisor or warehouse head
• Understanding of stock management, warehouse administration, and stock opname
• Leadership qualities, attention to detail, firm, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and understand warehouse SOPs
