What they need
- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Sales, dengan minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Manager / Head of Sales / ASM.
- Diutamakan kandidat dari perusahaan Cooler Box, seperti Marve, Tanaga, atau perusahaan sejenis.
- Memiliki pengalaman menjual produk melalui channel Distributor, General Trade (GT), toko, dan retail.
- Memiliki jaringan yang kuat dengan distributor dan toko di area yang menjadi tanggung jawab.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan KPI.
- Memiliki kemampuan membuat sales planning, forecasting, dan laporan penjualan.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan melakukan kunjungan ke distributor/toko.
- Memiliki SIM A/C menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
