About the role

This role involves managing daily schedules and task dispatch for technicians to customer sites, serving as the main liaison between customers and the field technician team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules and dispatch tasks for technicians to customer sites
• Ensure installation, maintenance, and repair tasks are completed on schedule
• Act as the primary contact between customers and the field technician team
• Respond to customer messages via WhatsApp, phone calls, and company social media (Facebook/TikTok) regarding quotations and service appointments
• Send periodic service date reminders
• Handle and record customer feedback or complaints regarding work quality for resolution
• Prepare quotations, receipts, invoices, and purchase orders
• Record cash payments, online transfers, and customer outstanding balances
• Maintain customer file systems, equipment warranties (air conditioning/CCTV), and technician work reports
• Monitor inventory levels of hardware items including air conditioning units, wiring cables, sockets, CCTV cameras, recorders (DVR/NVR), and refrigerant gas
• Liaise with local suppliers for stock purchases or spare parts according to project/service requirements
