该职位来源于猎聘 We are currently seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to join our team. You play a key role in the delivery of learning programs by managing operational processes and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. This role is critical to the effectiveness of Kering University and offers a strong entry point to grow within the Learning amp; Development function. How you will contribute Manage end-to-end administrative processes for learning programs (nominations, registrations) Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of training sessions Support participants and stakeholders throughout the learning journey Track participation, completion and key KPIs Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy Coordinate with vendors and trainers for session organization Collaborate with House and Region Managers for program deployment Ensure high-quality participant experience across sessions Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes Who you are?
