Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ketryx Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Ketryx implementation initiatives within a regulated product development environment. The successful candidate will manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, Ketryx configuration and workflow coordination, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and timely delivery. Job Type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Managing project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams and implementation activities.

• Supporting user training and documentation.

• Ensuring project deliverables meet business and compliance requirements.

• Ketryx implementation and project management experience

• Ketryx configuration, workflows, and system integration

• Project planning, scheduling, and delivery management

• Requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination

• Risk, issue, dependency, and change management

• System implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live support

• Data migration and integration coordination

• User training, documentation, and change adoption

• Experience in regulated environments, preferably medical devices or life sciences
