KEY ACCOUNT & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

As a Key Account & Channel Development Officer, you will act as the brand's representative in the market, ensuring excellent retail execution, merchandising compliance, trade marketing implementation, and distributor alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Conduct store audits and retail execution monitoring

✅ Ensure merchandising and display compliance

✅ Coordinate with distributors for campaign execution

✅ Support trade marketing initiatives and product launches

✅ Monitor inventory health and SKU performance

✅ Provide field insights and competitor intelligence

✅ Deliver business reviews and performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

✔ Experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Merchandising, Retail Operations, or FMCG is preferred

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔ Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

✔ Experience handling Watsons, beauty, personal care, or retail accounts is an advantage

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
