• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique shipping needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, operations, and other logistics service departments to ensure seamless service delivery for key accounts.
• Proactively communicate with clients about shipment status, potential issues, and solutions, providing regular updates.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for service improvement and implement relevant measures.
• Resolve complex customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high - level customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, international trade, or related majors.
• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or related customer service roles, with experience in handling key accounts being a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
