What they need
Overview
We are searching for a Key Account Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics in Houston for one of our largest clients.
- Receiving 500-800 containers into the Port of Houston
- Working with our dedicated partners to schedule port and inbound appointments
- Managing the arrivals and inbound logistics at our warehouse location in Pasadena
- Coordinating outbound trucks to various locations in Texas and around the country
- Closely managing the inventory of various spare parts and ensuring the WMS system is updated
- Working closely with drayage providers, warehousing partners and transportation providers
- Closely coordinating with the customer's team
- Closely coordinating with our in house Account Management, customs clearance and transportation teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel around the Greater Houston area
Flexible schedule and weekend availability if needed
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
