Key Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned retail accounts and establish strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Manage daily account activities, including product inquiries, order tracking, inventory management, and promotional executions.
• Support the development and execution of account plans, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and conduct post-promotion evaluations to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, timely product delivery, and prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or FMCG industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with Chinese word processing capability.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
