Key Account Executive

About the role

This is a Key Account role responsible for managing sales plans, customer relationships, merchandising, collection, and administrative support across assigned accounts and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan monthly/quarterly sales campaigns and activations
• Sell in assigned promotions and promotional activities
• Execute promotional plans and products listing
• Monitor and report on post execution to ensure objectives are met
• Work closely with internal Brand and Marketing teams, together with retail partners, to execute 360° brand campaigns
• Build, maintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established customers
• Interact with customers in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Ensure planograms are adhered to plan with the right stock weights
• Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, securing secondary display as required
• Ensure collection and ageing are up to date

About you

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Key Account role, preferably with exposure to the FMCG industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Good selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration
