Key Account Executive

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from any major
2. At least 5 years of working experience in related field required for this position. Preferably Manager/ Coordinator specialized in Sales – Mom & Baby/ General especially in FMCG Industry
3. Having experience in Modern Trade & Account Management
4. Have good relation with key account channel (Local Modern Trade)
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skill

Job Description:

1. Responsible to completing monthly sales target each outlet and brand
2. Looking for a Local MT shop for mutually beneficial cooperation
3. Communicating and negotiating with Key Account (Local MT)
4. Responsible to control the promo activities at the outlet according to the plan
5. Monitor and report on competitors activity
6. Ensuring the growth of existing business and generating new opportunities to increase market share
7. Make reports in the progress of sales, distribution and promotions
8. Handle feedback from Key Accounts
9. Report to BOD
