Job Description – Key Account Executive Company: Supreme SCS Private Limited

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Role We are looking for a Key Account Executive who has practical knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and can effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client coordination through calls and emails.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth operations.
• Understand the ground-level reality of warehouse and transportation operations.
• Follow up on dispatches, deliveries, pending issues, and operational requirements.
• Prepare basic MIS and reports in MS Excel.
• Maintain proper communication and documentation through email.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Provide regular updates to clients and management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of official email communication.
• Strong client coordination skills.
• Practical understanding of warehouse operations and transportation operations.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / 3PL will be preferred.
