Key Account Executive

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, customer acquisition, information gathering, and advertisement distribution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Guide customers through business value propositions
• Negotiate cooperation and transportation terms
• Assist customers in signing shipping contracts
• Handle operational coordination for VIP customers
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure smooth customer experience
• Perform reconciliation and invoicing
• Manage accounts receivable collection

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the cargo or logistics industry
• Strong communication skills
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi
